Update on Building for Igreja Batista Viva

I am very excited to share this update with you. We have been negotiating with the current building owner and also raising money here and in Brazil. The owner has agreed to lower the selling price by $5,000 and we have raised some additional money in Brazil. All we need is $2,200 to purchase the property and pay the closing costs to transfer ownership. We will pay half the purchase price down. The second half will be paid by a church in Brazil in 12 monthly payments with no interest. When it is all done our contribution will only be about 10% of the total cost with the other 90% coming from churches in Brazil.
Please pray that the Lord will provide the remaining $2,200 so that we can close this deal and help the body of Christ at Igreja Batista Viva continue to minister to the needs of their community.
